Diana Ross

A little over a week ago The Mann Center was ablaze with one of the greatest voices to ever grace music. In a set that was swift and fast-paced, Diana Ross exemplified the notion that age does not have to define performance; talent does. With costume changes and roaming the extent of the both ends of the stage an integral part of the show, Ross blasted out hit after hit. She and her crack band of musicians brought such songs like “Come See About Me,” “Stop! In the Name of Love” and “I Will Survive” to vibrant life. The large crowd sang along throughout as one of the key soundtrack elements of 60+ years of pop music was gloriously present.
