With High Street on Market and the kitchen takeovers happening at a.bar and a.kitchen, one might assume that Eli Kulp is a little, well, busy. Somehow amidst all of these thrilling new endeavors, Kulp and company have created a new and totally intriguing winter tasting menu at Fork (306 Market St.) entitled Our Terroir. Inspired by the bounty of local producers in places like Lancaster, Kennet Square and the Pine Barrens kelp has crafted dishes with ingredients like close to home saffron, wild hickory nuts and venison from Dallastown. The tasting is going for $95 a person (plus an additional $50 beverage pairing from A+ somm Paul Rodriguez) and is available from Tuesday to Saturday.
