File this under things that are totally unnecessary but probably delicious - chef Brian Lofink of Kraftwork (541 E. Girard Ave.) is rolling out a foie gras and filet mignon tip cheesesteak this week. This dinner special is going for $16 every night this week. The filet tips are folded into a French roll with balsamic-roasted cippolini onions, gruyere and a creamy foie sauce. Of course, if that Christmas bonus came a little early this year you can upgrade your steak with a $12 supplement for shaved black truffles.
