If you want to know which famous cats eat at the Palm, check the wall for their caricature. The Palm is an international chain with locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Mexico City. The Philly location underwent a major expansion in 2005. Now able to accommodate groups of 15 to 150, it's still the hot shot's spot for in-the-limelight dining. New dishes include a 20-ounce bone-in New York strip; a 2-pound Nova Scotia lobster; and pan-fried oysters. Valet parking available. Open for lunch, Mon.-Fri., 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.; open for dinner, Mon.-Sat., 5-11 p.m.; Sun., 4:30-9:30 p.m.
