Chunks: a Barfology (St. Martin's) is like Penthouse letters... for vomiters. That's not to say that these stories of regurgitation, collected by Elissa Stein and Kevin Leslie, eroticize the act of booting. Instead, the collected tales of reverse drinking vibrantly illustrate the humor in those communions with the porcelain deity we've all made. From accounts of amusement-park hurling to a hilarious glossary of terms (i.e. shout at your shoes), Chunks is the definitive lexicon of lunch loss. It's almost too much for my stomach to handle.
