Kram shows Dykstra, having not slept for three days, orchestrating a possible buy on a $15 million dollar estate in a down economy. Money quotes:

and
So how is Dykstra doing?
Ask him.
“Liquid crystal, bro,” he says. “I am liquid crystal.”
and
“So I go to Wally Wall Street with his G.G. suspenders,” he says. “And . . . “
G.G. suspenders?
“Gordon Gekko,” Dykstra explains. “Remember him? ‘Greed is good.’ Great movie. So I ask, ‘What happened to my money, bro?’ “
and so, so much more.
