Lil Wayne to Cole Hamels: “You the man”

Dwayne Michael Carter the second has, for reasons that have yet to be explained, an ESPN blog. It’s awesome. He’s said the Cowboys “suck”, bragged about meeting Hulk Hogan, and scored a touchdown once – possibly after the play was over.
In this week’s edition he shouts out Cole Hamels and the Phils:
Gotta give a shoutout to the Fighting Phillies before we move on. Cole Hamels, you the man. You shut them batters down. I don’t know what happened to the Rays starting pitchers. It seemed like in every inning they couldn’t get past the first two hitters.
I, for one, am seriously pulling for a Lil Wayne ESPN takeover. If that man ever got the chance to interview Hamels in person the result would be a comedic goldmine.
