Lost in the Playoffs: LiT.O. sounds off
So pretty much everyone in Philadelphia has been caught up in the Phillies playoff run – that’s cool, hell of a run it’s been so far, lets go out and take care of the Crew again tonight – and I’m guessing the Birds aren’t too upset. They lost a winnable game last week, get to prepare without the usual Birds/Skins fanfare, and no one pays attention when one of their pro-bowl players threatens to T.O. the team. What I’m saying is: I think I deserve to be on the field and I have given (the Eagles) no reason to change that thought, so if you are not going to play me I need an explanation why. Let my fans, let the people, let the public know why Lito Sheppard is not on the field. I just know I have a lot to offer as a player and that’s all I want to do. I want to play football and right now I’m not playing football.
