There&#8217;s something about his geeked-out, child-like excitement over all aspects of Mexican cuisine â€” even after cooking in the same style for decades â€” that&#8217;s infectious. 		<description>I agree about Bayless.  I think he&#039;s a robot.  Ludo, on the other hand, melts my heart with his dirty mouth and dirty hair.  And his name makes me think of Labyrinth. Points there.</description>
