The popcorn chicken bites came fully cooked, but frozen. We thawed them out before combining them with the buffalo sauce. I think for next time, it would be better to crisp up the breaded chicken in the toaster oven prior to stuffalo-ing them.</description>

My friends and I were in the Poconos this weekend and also made a Stuffalo... yes, we too called it the Stuffalo, so I&#039;m not sure if there is some sort of trademarking thing we need to look into... :)  We went for a white pizza with shredded chicken inside the crust.  My friend Daniel is going to be guest blogging about it on kitchenplay this week.  We should compare notes.</description>
