My wife is Peruvian. Had chifa in Peru. Best food in the world!!! I only wish that there were more Peruvian restaurants around. Philadelphians don’t know what they are missing.

Peruvian cuisine is one of the best in the world. I hope he doesn’t ruin it with dramatic changes like adding coconut puree to ceviche.
