Dead Sexy: Full Exposure wants to know, Who Killed Amanda Palmer?

The plan was initially a 16-page CD booklet where photographs of the singer dead are infused with "clues" as to the perpetrator (hence the unsubtle, if charming, nod to Twin Peaks). Palmer's label, Roadrunner Records, shot down the idea, but by this point graphic novelist Neil Gaiman (of Sandman fame) was already on board to write liner notes. Their solution: Screw the label — make it a full book, independent of the album.
The project ballooned to involve a range of photographers, from casual Palmer fans to notables such as Tegan Quin from Tegan and Sara. But the lion's share of the book's images were taken by either Cassidy or Palmer's assistant, Beth Hommel, during a shoot in Boston last year. The team was pressed for time, since Gaiman had only a week to spare, necessitating many long days and costume changes.

Each image is accompanied by a Gaiman-penned story; for Typewriter (right), Gaiman imagines a romantic scene gone horribly wrong:
A couple has just circumnavigated the globe in a hot air balloon so the husband can write his 500-page novel. Upon completion, the wife insults his pursuit as futile. An argument ensues and the typewriter is tossed over the side, falling to the ground and the singer below.

One day Neil Gaiman writes a kids book and the next he has a public midlife crisis and publishes a vanity book of snuff / mutilation porn with (bisexual rape survivor Amanda Palmer) who spends her time Twittering naked pictures of herself all over the web and auctioning off her underwear. Amanda Palmer can’t sing and can’t write and she looks like a transvestite. Amanda Palmer is an idiot.

Never criticize someone you don’t know, especially when it is Amanda Fucking Absolutely Great Palmer!
She may not fit your criteria, but she fits mine and thousands of people get her and get what she says, get her art and the way she expresses her art through all the things she does.
So yes, please excuse her for being such a fucking artist. I bet you won’t find any artist alive that is so complete and devoted to her fans.
That being said, Amanda, I love you!
Amanda Palmer is a talentless idiot who will do ANYTHING for attention. Her songs stink to high heaven, her voice sounds like a dying animal and her playing lacks any artistry. Because of the internet, we are all exposed to hacks like Amanda Palmer and their raw ambition. Gaiman and Palmer are Scientologists, so they spend all their time flogging whatever junk they have to sell so they can pay the cult off. Artists have something to say, Gaiman and Palmer are business people disguised as artists.
I just heard this album and though I usually side with the artist, I see why the record company dropped Palmer, she is seriously lame. I’m amazed she’s getting and media coverage at all.
Thousands? Wow Ophe and Moliah, have you been drinking the crappy scientology koolaid! The same 20 idiots show up to Amanda’s shows and the web crap is an illusion. Amanda Palmer is rubbish.
