When the recession has you feeling low, remember this: You are not Lenny Dykstra
Former Phillies firebrand and shamed "investment guru" Lenny Dykstra has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The 46-year-old has no more than $50,000 of assets and between $10 million and $50 million of liabilities, according to a petition filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California.

The news has TMZ demanding an apology from Nails.
Dykstra, who just filed for Chapter 11 in California, went ballistic when we called to ask if his $400,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom had been repossessed. We had a photo of the car being towed -- so it's not like the question came out of left field.
I'm sure he'lll come through.
In other Phillies centerfielder news, have you voted for Shane Victorino today in the MLB's final vote jawn? Voting runs till 4 p.m. TOMORROW, so get on it. According to MLB.com's Todd Zolecki:
The race is tight. Victorino took the lead from Sandoval on Monday night, but then Sandoval recaptured it on Tuesday. Diamondbacks third baseman Mark Reynolds, Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp and Nationals shortstop Cristian Guzman trail Sandoval and Victorino.
So get on the stick.
