Oliver Desaintmartin's Zinc, which got the Trey Popp seal of approval last October has a new chef: Justin Bennett, who's been promoted from his sous chef position. Desaintmartin says he'll introduce small-plates options to Zinc's bistro menu. Check out Bennett's Restaurant Week lineup.
