Just Do It

The Cellar Dwellers

Sat., Aug. 12, 9 p.m., $10, Five Spot, 5 S. Bank St., 215-574-0070

The Cellar Dwellers, a Pittsburgh improv group, are heading east to make their Philadelphia debut. Their show is a mix of on-the-spot improv games and pre-written SNL-style sketches, including zombie realtors and immigration problems at the border of Heaven and Purgatory.

Christine Nangle, the lone lady in The Cellar Dwellers, is excited to perform for a larger metropolitan audience in what will also be a homecoming for the Northwood native and Penn grad.

"Its exciting to go to different places in Pittsburgh and perform, but it's easy to get maxed out," says Nangle. "I'm just psyched to go to my city."
