"The entire car [called a WhirlyBug] is operated by one lever," explains Hedenberg. "With the free hand, you have a scoop that almost looks like a lacrosse stick and you have a Wiffle ball-type ball. At the end of each side, there is a vertical backstand [with] a hole in the center. When the ball goes through the hole, an alarm goes off just like in a hockey game. It's incredible. My mother-in-law, who is 70 years old, was playing the game and having a great time, but at the same time we had people who were 12 and 14 years old there. [WhirlyBall] doesn't discriminate because of physical condition and the WhirlyBug becomes your body."
