Don't have a lick of Latin in your blood? We forgive the Irish because they know how to party. McGillin's is cha-cha-ing up its so-called Irish chimichanga, the traditional Mexican dish made with Irish cheese, and lamb instead of beef. Oh, and be sure to bring your boozy Irish friends: In another delicioso Mexi twist, McGillin's will give patrons a chance to whack a pinata.
3 Los Catrines & Tequila's Bar
Are you a feisty hombre? With more than 75 tequilas to try, the name of this eatery is as on-target as its cuisine. Sip the sopa de tortilla, the popular Mexican soup that combines chilies, tomato, epazote spice, tortillas and shredded chicken.
If you still feel like a gringo, sample some Southwestern flavors straight from granny's kitchen. The chilies de abuelita is the Coyote owner's grandmother's own recipe, a poblano chile popping with shredded pork, pecans, almonds, raisins, cinnamon, olives and Mexican herbs.

Dig the revolution with giveaways, prizes and dancing to a DJ from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Also available for the sipping: The Sexican, made with vanilla vodka, almond milk and a vanilla sugar rim. Way to olé!
