Muay Thai is a Southeast Asian fighting technique that involves using your entire body as a weapon. Unfortunately, if you suck, your opponent will turn said weapon into one giant bruise. The Evolved Fighting Championship's amateur night aims to put the sport on the map in Pennsylvania, one flying knee at a time. Evolved exists as a springboard for seasoned fighters as well as a resumé builder for inexperienced newbies.

The style differs from conventional boxing or martial artsparticipants throw hand, foot, knee and elbow combos. But these aren't sissified flail-fests; the best fighters possess the striking power of a heavyweight combined with the reflexes of a hardened cage warrior.
Think you can hold your own? Local dojo master Tiger Schulmann of "Kick It With Tiger" fame might want to anticipate a severe dip in attendance. You must be 13 or older to register.
