Tour de France

French chef Patrice Rames will be celebrating a new region of France every first Tuesday of the month. December's prix fixe menu spotlights the traditional cuisine of the southwest region (or "sud ouest," said with spit and vigor), with a five-course menu including encornets (calamari with tomatoes and orange peel in a white wine sauce) and Cassoulet de Castelnaudary (white beans, carrots, onions, garlic, sausages, pork and duck confit). And guys, we swear that whole "Freedom Fries" thing wasn't our idea.
