On New Slang's opening night, photographer JJ Tiziou wove in and out of audience members and dancers during the already frenetic, strobe-lit event. The next night, the results were part of a slide show at the Cabaret. Fearless but unintrusive, Tiziou will leap onto Dumpsters, lie on the floor and balance on stools just to get the right shot of a performance. He's become the instant documentarian of all things Live Arts and Fringe, shooting the tech crew, box office workers, rehearsals and street shows. Above, he caught dancers cavorting in the fountain at Love Park last week, part of Monica Bill Barnes' Fountain Tour.
