Long story short: The probably critter-costume-clad enthusiasts of the humanization of animals and their subsequent pop culture portrayal will engage in a competition in which the participants rapidly move their feet according to colored arrows on a video screen with a soundtrack of Japanese techno. Eerily similar to last year's City Paper holiday party.
