Garland of Hours

rock/pop

As a sidewoman for Mary Timony and Jenny Toomey, Amy Domingues spends a lot of time keeping her mouth shut and her cello on point. Domingues brings out more piano than cello in Garland of Hours, but a clutch of brooding instrumentals means, despite her spectral voice, she still spends a lot of time with her mouth shut.

Sat., Jan. 29, 9 p.m., $8, with Rebecca Gates and Brandon Butler, The Fire, 412 W. Girard Ave., 267-671-9298.
