Heartbreaker's Ball, taking place on the night of the 13th, is an enchanting four-hour, tongue-in-cheek salute to the Hallmark holiday that convinces people to acknowledge their feelings within a 24-hour time frame. A champagne toast, drink specials and half-priced appetizers should attract a crowd that shares the common disbelief in the day designated for love. If you are looking for something to do on the dreaded day itself, perhaps to spice up the archetypal dinner for two, then World Fusion is cooking up some sultry surprises that Aphrodite herself would find hard to refuse. Executive chef Mark Muszynski and sous chef Nickolas Fifis have developed a special aphrodisiac-inspired menu: Frog legs, oysters, truffles and edible flowers are just a few of the enticing, erogenously energized ingredients that will make sure this by-reservation-only dinner is not the only highlight of the evening. So rather than inconspicuously surviving Valentine's Day, openly partake in Heartbreaker's Ball, joining others in your resistance to commercial romance. For those willing to participate in passion, World Fusion's menu is sure cooking up something sweltering.
