Minus 2 City mulls plan to reopen Chestnut Street in front of Independence Hall, which was closed in 2001 due to terrorism concerns. City argues if there aren't long lines and major inconveniences around our city's main attractions, then the tourists will have already won. Plus 1 A Philadelphia police officer is accused of attacking a superior and trying to infect him with hepatitis C by spitting on him. Later, another officer complains she became pregnant by sharing a bulletproof vest with male co-workers. Minus 1 Son of Northeast Philadelphia faith healers dies, causing police suspicion. Investigation determines they're just not very good faith healers. Even Water main breaks in Manayunk, damaging several homes. On the upside, all that water washed away the smell of frat boy.
