The movie has been seen rarely in the U.S., and I-House's screening is from a new 35mm print featuring new subtitles. Philadelphia premiere of Hillary Harris and Ayr Robinson's documentary pays homage to the New York cabaret scene from the 1930s to the 1960s, focusing on the stories of three big names from the time: Julie Wilson, Baby Jane Dexter and Natalie Gamsu.
