Shampoo Turns Three (one-off, house hip-hop) @ Shampoo with Josh Wink, Johnny Vicious, Sugar Hill Gang featuring Melle Mel. $15 before 11 p.m., $20 after, open till 6 a.m. Celebrate Shampoo’s third year of play with some of the biggest names in house and rap.

Slipping Into Sublimity (every other week, experimental) @ 700 Club with John Schenk and friends. n/c.
