Adam Erace Adam Erace battles adult on-set diabetes and cankles as the restaurant critic for the Philadelphia City Paper. Seats at Kevin Sbraga's (440 S. Broad St.) counter are already among the most coveted in town, but through August 29th, those tickets are considerably hotter as the Top Chef cooks a tasting inspired by his recent trip to Norway. The six-course menu leans on sustainable Norwegian seafood (read more about it here), featuring halibut with kohlrabi and apples and salmon with black bread and horseradish in starring roles, but there's also pigeon, pork belly and an amazing dessert option: spruce ice cream with gooseberry waffles. The menu is $75 per person with an optional and awesome $50 beverage pairing and is available until the end of August.
