Well, we're jumping the gun on this one since National Oyster Day isn't until Monday but with a holiday as important as this we'd rather be prepared. To celebrate this very important food holiday Pennsylvania 6 (114 S. 12th St.) is hosting a bacchanal of bivalves with dollar oysters all day long. They'll be shucking east and west coast oysters for a buck and mixing up a menu of celebratory Champagne cocktails for $10. On the cocktail menu there are some very good looking options including the cleverly named Clever Name with Champage, blueberry, limoncello, rose water and a twist and the Treaty of Paris with honeydew and St. Germain.
