It may be from the time we got snow a week ago, but this video of Fox29's Karen Hepp being very emphatic about the dangers of winter weather ("There will be fires!"), with a tone more suited to the sassy herione of an action flick saying, "Mr. President! You need to take action! People are dying out there!" Hepp does actually say:
People are going to be dyng over the next couple days ... people are going to be making poor choices. We're going to see people use candles, and we'll have many, many, many fires.
Hepp just had her third kid this summer — maybe she's not sleeping so much? Or maybe she's just really, really passionate about winter weather safety. People do die in snowstorms (and heat waves). You be the judge:
